Plans for the 27th annual Realtor-Builder Tradeshow and Luncheon Oct. 5 at Alltel stadium are coming together. Presented by The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and the Sales and Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Builder’s Association, the tradeshow is scheduled from 9 a.m.–3 p.m., with a buffet luncheon from 11:30a.m.-2:30p.m.

Sponsorships are now available and include multiple levels ranging from Platinum at $6,000 to the Bronze level at $1,250. Each sponsorship level includes multiple color and black and white ads from participating publications, tickets to the VIP breakfast in the Jaguars suite, PR coverage, a booth in the Trade show, and tickets to the event. The amount of each of these items varies depending the level. The Platinum and Gold levels include extr’s such as the sponsors logo shown repeatedly on closed circuit TV and prominently displayed on all signage, along with their booth being identified as an official site for attendees to pick up an entry form for the lottery.

“This event has continuously grown and evolved over the years to become one of the industry’s most valuable tools,” said Deborah Metzig of Bailey Publishing and co-chair of this year’s tradeshow, along with Diane Moss, Broker, Watson Realty Corp. “The Realtor-Builder Tradeshow & Luncheon has always been the networking event of the year,” said Moss. “sponsorships go fast because of the popularity of this event and the large number of industry related people who attend.”

Information on Sponsorship packages will be distributed through mailings, e-mail and advertisements in trade publications. Companies interested in sponsoring the event can also call Celeta McClamma at (904) 394-9494, Ext. 1201.

The theme for this year’s event is Northeast Florida, The Premier Showcase of the South. Three floors of the Alltel West Stadium Club will have more than 100 informational and educational booths hosted by representatives in the industry, including builders, developers, mortgage companies, Realtors, media and more. The event will also feature entertainment, movie stars and food.

This event attracts people from all facets of the real estate and building markets who attend to learn, share and network with industry leaders and trendsetters. Organizers are expecting approximately 1,500 people to attend. The goal of the Realtor-Builder Tradeshow and Luncheon is to promote stronger relations among all industry related professionals. The tradeshow will also have booth contests (best giveaways, best theme, most entertaining and most creative) to be evaluated by celebrity judges.

The winners will each receive $500 to support area charities. Attendees will also have the chance to win the grand prize by seeking out the celebrities incognito and securing their autographs.

“Northeast Florida continues to draw the spotlight of the nation with our rich Southern heritage, breathtaking landscapes and affordable real estate,” says Metzig. “It’s easy to see why the First Coast is one of the fastest growing areas in the country.”
