Model opens in OakLeaf

Standard Pacific Homes has opened its newest model, The Biscayne, in the community of Eagle Landing at OakLeaf Plantation. The 4,137-square-foot home has a two-story floor plan with five bedrooms and four baths.

The master suite offers a walk-in closet, a bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. A curved staircase leads to three additional bedrooms, flex areas and a media area leading to an upstairs covered deck. A second staircase connects the upstairs media area to the downstairs breakfast nook. Outdoor amenities include a fireplace, a gentlemen’s kitchen and a spa retreat.

The kitchen contains Sedova Kaffe cabinetry, an ale/butler’s bar, GE Monogram Stainless Appliances and granite countertops. The bathrooms contain designer porcelain bathroom tile with accents, cultured marble in secondary baths and a frameless glass shower in the master bathroom.

The Biscayne is available for viewing on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. or by appointment on weekdays. From I-95 south, take exit 337 onto I-295 north. Go 11 miles until exit No. 12, which is Blanding Blvd. Turn left on Blanding, then turn right on Argyle Forest Blvd. Turn left onto OakLeaf Village Parkway.
