• JTA Executive Director Michael Blaylock may be getting some angry phone calls from Downtown Trolley riders. The redirection of traffic for the NCAA games on Thursday caused some of the Sunflower Trolleys to go off their regular routes. After making several calls to JTA and waiting about half an hour to be picked up, one rider started encouraging others to complain. She repeated Blaylock’s name and a JTA phone number, asking everyone to write it down. “They could have told us this morning if we needed to go somewhere else,” she said.

• A Real Estate Strategy Center of Northeast Florida study shows the pace of downtown development slowing. Center President Ray Rodriguez said he used to field several calls from builders a week. He’s received two in the last three months.
