The Sales and Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association, knows how to party — especially coming off being named the best SMC in the whole nation.
SMC — a group of Realtors, builders, lenders, associates, on-site agents and those who work in fields related to real estate — celebrated the recognition by taking over Gallery Bistro in Tinsletown. About 60 from the industry attended the party.
The organization received the “Sales and Marketing Council Award” for associations with 500 or more members from the National SMC of the National Association of Home Builders. It was awarded in January at the International Builders Show in Orlando.
