Get on the bus for May Builders Showcase SAM TRAM tour of North Jacksonville
– Don’t miss the bus! The Northeast Florida Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) will host a SAM TRAM Builders Showcase tour of North Jacksonville on May 24.
Held on a quarterly basis, SAM TRAM offers tours of the latest communities and homes on the market in specific parts of town. Builders and developers invite real estate agents and related industry professionals to participate in this event, which includes a four to six hour bus tour, complete with a complimentary lunch.
Participants will meet at NEFBA’s headquarters at 103 Century 21 Drive on May 24 at 8 a.m. The bus will leave promptly at 8:30 a.m. The cost is $5 for SMC members and $10 for non-members. Founded in 1986 as the marketing arm of the Northeast Florida Builders Association, the Sales and Marketing Council has grown to be a major force in the local housing industry. Book drive to benefit the Mayor’s literacy program. We are collecting books for children ages 3-5 years old. We will collect books each month at the breakfast programs. Please bring what you can.
