Jacksonville’s family-owned construction firm, Dana B. Kenyon Company, is contracted to build a Value Place in the Orlando, Florida area. The property, at the intersection of Highway 441 and Clarcona-Ocoee Road, is the first of several Value Place properties that DBK is scheduled to build in Florida for Liberty Investment Properties, Inc., a developer for Value Place’s Maitland, Florida based franchisee.

Value Place is a short-term residential hotel-apartment hybrid that offers stays of a week or longer.

The 38,000 square foot property will consist of 105 room units. Rates vary across the country and are expected to start as low as $189 in the Orlando market.
