Florida Coastal School of Law graduated a class of 216 students on May 13, with 189 participating in the commencement ceremony. Even though they graduated and spent Saturday night celebrating, the studying still hasn’t ended; prep classes for the Bar exam start today. The ceremony was held at the University of North Florida’s Arena. After student speaker Nick Martino addressed his class, Paul Perez, United States Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, gave the commencement address. Martino, the Student Bar Association president, was elected as student speaker.

“It’s (graduation) overwhelming,” he said. “I am proud of everybody in this class and the school itself. It has just taken off.”
