The Downtown Neighborhood Council of Realtors changed officers during its last meeting of the year in the sales center of the Berkman II last month.
The council, which is working on reorganizing to be more like other councils within the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, will be led by chair Sally Suslak of Atkinson Realty and co-chair Rachel Burney of Lifestyles.
Council leaders are working on setting up next year’s schedule, trying to get sponsors for the meetings, adding a nominal fee for lunches and seeking speakers from the pest control industry, JEA, the insurance industry and the historic commission.
