Watson office helping schools
Watson Realty’s North Jacksonville office, has a community partnership to help in the development of students in public and private schools.
The office has partnered with Highlands Middle School, New Berlin Elementary, Louis Sheffield Elementary, and Teeter Tykes Christian Learning College. Agents in the office will serve as mentors, motivational speakers and volunteers on school projects.
Horton has condo projects
D.R. Horton has unveiled its new condominium product line within two of its newest Jacksonville communities, Osprey Branch and Windsor Falls.
Osprey Branch is in Mandarin and Windsor Falls is in the Southpoint area of Southside.
Homes within each neighborhood are priced from the $160s to the $200s and there are six designs. Condominiums within these two-story buildings include private, direct-access garages.

Mattamy moves on in Bartram Springs
Mattamy Homes has begun its fourth phase of homebuilding in Bartram Springs.
Homes range from the low-$300s to the mid-$400s with a special $10,000 off sales price and the opportunity for additional savings.
The Charleston, a 1,687-square-foot home built on a 50-foot homesite, features four bedrooms and two bathrooms and is priced at $282,900. The five-bedroom, three-bathroom Carlyle is available now on a 70-foot homesite. Priced at $410,900, the Carlyle is 2,683 square feet. Built on 80-foot homesites are Mattamy Homes’ Grand Torrey and Asheville designs.
