The sidewalk in front of The Carling will soon be replaced. The substructure was improperly installed and rainwater from the building’s gutter system has been intruding beneath it, causing the surface to buckle and crack. Part of the construction includes replacing the terrazzo floor in front of The Carling’s main entrance.
