Rosewood Homes has broken ground on a new freestanding office building that will also accommodate the homebuilder’s expanded design center and several tenants.
The new facility is in Clay County near the intersection of U.S. 17 and State Road 220.
Rosewood Homes hosted a groundbreaking event to ceremoniously kick off the construction. Guests included subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and Realtors from Eagle Harbor and Eagle Landing.
Construction is expected to be complete by early 2008. The company will occupy most of the space in the 12,764-square-foot building. Rosewood Homes anticipates leasing out about 3,900 square feet to commercial tenants.
