Cypress Trace, Centex Homes’ condominium community in St. Johns County, recently hosted a summer community celebration and heart-healthy lunch in conjunction with the local chapter of the American Heart Association.
With townhouse-style condominiums starting at $149,990, Cypress Trace offers two and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 1,268 to 1,684 square feet of living space.
As part of the summer celebration, everyone in attendance received a cookbook of heart-healthy recipes and one attendee won a stainless steel outdoor grill. Information from the American Heart Association about healthy-living habits was on hand and Centex Homes donated $500 to the local heart association chapter.
Cypress Trace offers multiple floor plans; three one-car garage options and four two-car garage plans. The Prescott, a 1,268-square-foot, two-story, one-car garage plan is priced at $149,990; the 1,468-square-foot Addison is priced from $159,990 and the 1,607-square-foot Abby is priced from $169,990.
The two-car garage plans at Cypress Trace include the 1,597-square-foot Driscoll, the 1,619-square-foot Carson, the 1,684-square-foot Bradford and 1,682-square-foot Ellison model priced from $187,990.
