After selling out all homes in Phase I in Covenant Cove, Mattamy Homes is building in Phase II.
With eight floor plan choices ranging from 1,500 square feet to 2,600 square feet, Covenant Cove homes start in the mid $200,000’s and are being built on 60-foot lots.
The company entertained area Realtors at a pirate-themed luncheon at Covenant Cove recently and prizes included opening night movie tickets to “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End” and gift cards from area restaurants and shops.
