The Northeast Florida Builders Association will hold its first Downtown Sales and Marketing Tram Sept. 5 and the event aimed at showing Realtors several Downtown condominium projects will be at night.

“This is brand new, but we hope it will become a regular thing,” said Amanda Randolph, the director of NEFBA’s Sales and Marketing Council. “We will have a progressive dinner and the SAM Tram will also incorporate Art Walk.”

Each stop along the tour will feature appetizers and drinks and include a presentation on one of the new condo projects going up Downtown. Randolph said these presentations will come from one Realtor, one lender and one each from The St. John, Berkman Plaza II and The Shipyards.

“We have room for 55 people on one bus and we can go to a second bus if there are enough reservations,” said Randolph.

The next SAM Tram is set for Oct. 24 and will feature a tour of the Nocatee development and the surrounding area.

The following is the schedule for the Downtown SAM Tram:

5:00 p.m — The St. John presentation

5:30 p.m — Travel to The Berkman Plaza II
