Artist Kenny Balser’s “Outside the Lines” will be featured at The Art Center Cooperative starting Sept. 5 opening reception from 5:30-8 p.m. The Art Center is inside The Carling and features local artists. Balser is an Ohio native and his work ranges from soft pastels to “the industrial strength of steel” according to the promotional piece.
