Philly-style steak-and-cheese sandwiches have been few and far between at the Landing since Demola’s closed. That changed Monday when Kim and Erfan Raffii opened their new “American Heroes” sandwich shop. Also on the menu are meatball and Italian sausage subs. It is the couple’s third venture at the Food Court on the second floor, joining Flamers and Rio Burrito.
