Centex Homes has seven new Designer Series, single-family floorplans for Willowcove at Nocatee in addition to the 10 previously announced plans.
Ranging from 2,299 to 3,622 square feet of living space, all seven plans feature gourmet kitchens, ceramic tile flooring, granite countertops and premium stainless-steel appliances.
Master baths include dual solid surface vanities with undermount China sinks, a garden tub, separate ceramic-tiled shower and a private watercloset.
In addition, each plan features ceramic tile flooring in the foyer, kitchen, all bathrooms, and interior laundry room; and a brick paver, covered lanai.
