Attorney qualifies to run for Sheriff

Attorney Dale Carson qualified to run for sheriff on Friday afternoon. Beth Fleet, candidate and records director for the Duval County Supervisor of Elections, read the qualifying oath to Carson. Carson currently is a family, criminal and personal injury attorney. He is a retired Federal Bureau of Investigation agent and was the deputy sheriff of Dade County.
