The Jacksonville Community Council, Inc. Stewards held a reception Jan. 25 titled, “Do you think America is experiencing the demise of civility?” Those attending the reception included attorney Wayne Hogan and JCCI Stewards David and Caroline Swain. Local law enforcement and media spoke about the topic.
