Lakeside homes are ready
Morrison Homes has homes in its Lakeside development that are ready for immediate move-in.
The two-story townhomes feature two or three bedrooms with two-and-a-half bathrooms, a one-car garage and covered patio. The homes range from to 1,423 to 1,835 square feet. Morrison Homes’ Lakeside townhomes are priced from the $160s.
There are four furnished models at Lakeside and they are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday and Monday.
Mercedes has 2 new designs
Mercedes Homes has two new designs at the builder’s Westside community, Creekside Oaks. The Katherine Cay with game room and Brooke Cay Deluxe are designed to accommodate the large home sites.
The Katherine Cay with game room includes three bedrooms, two baths and an attached three-car garage. A covered entrance leads into the 3,500-square foot split bedroom home.
The two-story Brooke Cay Deluxe has six bedrooms, four baths and an attached two-car garage. Guests enter the 4,295-square foot home from a covered front porch. Once inside, a grand two-story foyer leads to a formal living room and a dining room which are separated by an elegant arch.
The Brooke Cay Deluxe is priced from the low-$400,000s. Homebuyers may also opt to add a three-car garage, upstairs balcony, or seventh bedroom, in lieu of the loft area, to personalize their home.

James Island development opens
Home sales at The Reserve at James Island officially got underway with a Realtor gathering hosted by Builder Sales & Marketing, the Prudential Network Realty division marketing the Southside condominium community where home prices start in the $130s.
More than 100 guests were treated to an catered spread by Biscotti’s and prize drawings were held for mall gift cards.
Guests toured the community’s five model homes which feature floor plans from a one-bedroom, one-bathroom design with 905 square feet to three-bedroom, two-bathroom homes with 1,420 square feet of space.
