The St. John’s Sales Center, located adjacent to The Aetna Building is now open and selling condominium homes. The sales center features a scale model of the 582-foot tower, computer renderings and a prototype of a kitchen and bathroom. Hines, an international real estate firm who is directing the sales at The St. John, is no stranger to the First Coast, having brought Palencia to St. Johns County.
