Several kids from Fletcher Middle and Senior High rode the bus Downtown Tuesday to skateboard at various Downtown buildings and parks. The kids had time to make several jumps off the steps at Independent Square before the security guard ran them off. The kids said they really liked skating Downtown because it’s “happening” these days. After getting tossed, the kids headed to City Hall to skate more.
