BTI Consulting Group has named Wayne Bryne, a partner in the Jacksonville office of Holland & Knight, to BTI’s client service all-star team for law firms. BTI is a Boston-based market research and management consulting firm and has been in business for more than 20 years.

During its sixth and recently-completed survey, BTI interviewed over 250 individual corporate counsels at Fortune 1000 organizations and large professional service firms. The results of the survey identified 113 individual attorneys across the country who deliver the best client service. The survey asked clients to identify their needs and priorities, the law firms they rely on and the quality of service they receive through the course of a case or project.
Bryne was selected by his client for: leveraging a deep understanding of the client’s business and industry to deliver targeted strategic advice, using client’s time and resources efficiently and responding quickly to the client’s most pressing needs.
