Local student spends summer in D.C.

Locke Hughes from Jacksonville has been in Washington, D.C. this summer working in U.S. Rep. Ander Crenshaw’s office. She grew up in Avondale and graduated from The Bolles School in 2006. A student at the University of Virginia, Hughes plans to major in English and psychology and is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority.
