Kemick Homes is now building in St. Johns Forest, a northern St. Johns County.
Kemick Homes is building on 80-foot homesites. The company has been building homes in Manatee County for many years and this is its debut in Northeast Florida’s new home market.
The builder will be offering approximately 10 new floor plans and a model home at St. Johns Forest will open later this year.
The model, the Majesty I with bonus floor plan, will be an energy efficient, 3,500-square foot home with four bedrooms, a den and a bonus room priced starting from the high-$500’s.
