The Northeast Florida Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council held a caravan last month to view the variety of new homes offered in World Golf Village. Bottom line: as the market has slowed, so have the rising prices. Homes on the tour ranged from the mid $200,000’s to over $600,000, though you can get homes in WGV for as low as $177,000. Also, the bus did a drive-by tour of a new equestrian community, Ranch Club at Ashton Oaks, that is selling 3-5 acre lots starting at $199,000.
