Dogs and cats will be the winners when art is unleashed by the First Coast No More Homeless Pets at its second annual art show to benefit homeless pets. Catering by Liz will host ARTunleashed at its new Riverside facility, Bella Sera, on June 28 and 29. ARTunleashed features pet-inspired artwork donated by local and regional artists, set to the backdrop of live music, hors d’oeuvre, beer, wine and a martini bar. A panel of art professionals will choose the top three pieces to be auctioned live during the event.

The other artwork, along with pet inspired packages, will be sold through a silent auction. These packages will include items or activities for people to do wit their pets. The art show and auction will benefit spay and neuter programs, which are targeted to low income families and pets in need.

“More than 500 people attended last year’s event and raised more than $30,000 for these programs,” said Bella Sera Owner and President Liz Grenamyer. “We are thrilled to host this year’s event and expect great success.”

The event kicks off with a cocktail reception at Bella Sera on Thursday, June 28 from 7-9 p.m. Artwork will be available to preview and pre-purchase while patrons mingle with the artists. Tickets are available for a $20 donation.

The main event takes place at Bella Sera on Friday, June 29 from 7-10 p.m. Tickets are available for a $40 donation in advance or $45 at the door.
