More than 400 motorcycles were part of The Monique Burr Foundation’s inaugural “Hugs Not Hits Ride” presented by Adamec Harley-Davidson. LandMar Group President and CEO Ed Burr (left), his wife Bille Jo Burr, Mark Adamec of Adamec Harley-Davidson, and Monique Burr Foundation of Northeast Florida Executive Director Barbara Florio were at the Adamec dealership before the ride began. The event, which benefits the Foundation and its mission to prevent child abuse in Northeast Florida, raised more than $30,000. The ride began at the new Adamec dealership on Baymeadows Road and ended at LandMar’s Shipyards site on East Bay Street.
