Cystic Fibrosis set to shoot
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will have its sixth annual Shoot for a Cure, presented by Adams Interior Contracting and Batson-Cook Construction, on March 27.
The event kicks off with a dinner and auction sponsored by Miller Electric on Monday, March 26. The evening, hosted by Thrifty Outdoors, will include a dinner catered by Cross Creek Steakhouse and Ribs. Guests will enjoy silent and live auctions and live entertainment by country singer Katie Gillard.
On Tuesday, the event begins at 11 a.m. with lunch served on the grounds of W. W. Sporting Clays at 1445 Otis Road in Bryceville followed by a 90-target round of sporting clays and two flurry events. The day concludes with post-event refreshments and an award presentation to the winning teams.
The field is limited to 30 four-person teams and shooters must provide their own guns and shooting accessories.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for the $3,000 Gatling/Flurry sponsor, $2,000 Shell or the $1,500 Team sponsor. Team sponsorship includes a four-person team, lunch, 12-gauge ammunition and eight tickets to the kick off dinner.
