Mayor John Peyton addressed more than 150 employees at City Hall Wednesday during a quarterly awards ceremony. Peyton said he understands morale is low in light of the budget cuts and reorganization, but he said he was proud of the quality of service still being provided to residents. “We do as good of a job, given our resources, as any city of Florida,” said Peyton.
