The University of North Florida celebrated its 35th anniversary Tuesday. Four community leaders who have been instrumental in the growth of UNF were also honored. President John Delaney (second from right) awarded the first president of UNF Dr. Tom Carpenter (left), past UNF president Dr. Adam Herbert and Jim Citrano (right) the Presidential Medallion. Jack Diamond also received the award, but he is out of the country this week.
