Military and civilian air acts will take to the skies over Jacksonville’s beaches for the 2007 Jacksonville Sea & Sky Spectacular. Dozens of planes and fighter jets including the S-3 Viking and the United States Navy Blue Angels will be seen Nov. 2-4 at Jacksonville Beach.
