Close out pricing and incentives are now being offered at Esplanade at Town Center during the community’s final phase. Nearly 80 percent of the condominium homes have been sold.
Close out pricing starts in the low $140,000s. Buyers who choose to finance their new home through one of Esplanade’s preferred lenders can also expect one year’s worth of paid homeowners association dues and paid closing costs.
Esplanade offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 553-1,285 square feet. Three bedroom homes are sold out and no longer available.
The second phase of the St. Johns Town Center, consisting of approximately 180,000 square feet on 43 acres, will extend the main street environment of the project southward. Construction should be complete soon.
Future tenants include high-end luggage and handbag retailers Louis Vuitton and Coach, Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, clothiers Lacoste, BCBG, Urban Outfitters, Cole Haan, Brooks Brothers, Tommy Bahama, Talbot’s and PUMA, as well as upscale jeweler Mayors. Restaurants include Capital Grille, J. Alexander’s and Cameron Mitchell.
