Toll Brothers recently unveiled two new single-family model homes at Durbin Crossing North in the master-planned community of Durbin Crossing.
The Clarington is the largest home with 4,157 square feet of air-conditioned living space. The home is available in three exterior designs – The Classic, The Country Manor and The Versailles.
There are six home designs priced from the mid-$500,000s. The one- and two-story homes range from a four-bedroom, three-bath design with 3,022 square feet to a five-bedroom, four-and-one-half bath home with 4,157 square feet. All homes include a three-car garage.
