Construction at Chamblin’s Uptown is continuing and some highly-visible progress has been made. While it still looks like it’s going to be a while before the bookshelves are stocked and the coffee pots are perking, Ron Chamblin installed a new sign under the awning this week. It’s not only colorful, but easily visible from anywhere on the sidewalk on the East side of Laura Street between Adams and Monroe.
