How many years have you been a consistent top producer?
I have won the Tops in Sales and Tops in Listings awards for the Orange Park/Fleming Island office for the past three years.
What does it take to be a top producer?
Whether working with a seller or buyer, I try to put myself in their shoes and wrap my arms around their situation, commit it to hard work and prayer. My job is not complete until we make it to closing.
What advice would you give your fellow Realtors who want to be a top producer?
Early on in my career, I sat in a Graduate of Realtor Institute class where Marcus Wally taught the acronym “SWSWSWN” which means “Some Will Some Won’t So What Next.” I’ve come to learn there are just some things out of our control and you just have to get over it and say “Next!”
How have you continued to maintain your status as a top producer?
Persistence and dedication has produced referrals from past customers which is my greatest compliment!
