What is one quality that all Top Producers must have and how do they go about getting it?
“I think the major top quality all Top Producers must have is to live by the motto and No. 1 rule of ‘Do onto others as you would like others to do onto you’. I so wholeheartedly believe that we must treat people as people and not dollar signs. Customer service has lapsed in today’s society. It is so important for us to treat everyone with the up most respect and deal honestly and fairly. This is the most important transaction of their lives, for the most part, and we must remember that. Being tactful should come naturally. It’s not all about getting that listing or making that sale but is it the right time for them to sell and can they really afford that home.
I think most Top Producers already know and live by this.”
- Cathy Bade, Watson Realty

“They say that time is money and that knowledge is power. To me that means that if you do not make the time to gain as much knowledge as possible you will be without real value to consumers and they ultimately decide if you are valuable enough to recommend to others. That is where Top Producers get their reputation - by referrals from their satisfied customers.”
- Dirk Schroeder, Century 21, St.Augustine Properties, Inc.

Maybe just getting on the treadmill, or praying, reading or listening to tapes. Just move, take a step and turn off the negative news. Now, go live life! You have a choice to make it a good day, many do not!”
