Heavy construction continues on the sidewalks along Main Street and one section is currently off limits to pedestrians. The sidewalk across from Starbucks between Adams and Forysth streets is the latest area to undergo demolition. The project is part of the City’s Main Street landscaping initiative that involves improving the pedestrian experience on Main Street from Beaver Street to the Main Street Bridge. The project also includes the $1.8 million pocket park across from the Main Library.
