The Pineapple Corporation has set lower prices on homes at Palermo. The company has unveiled The Bellissimo Collection with prices starting in the mid-$400,000s. Bellissimo is a new compilation of floor plans designed in the same style as the company’s other Palermo home collections.
There are three new floor plans in The Bellissimo Collection from 2,300 to 2,600 square feet that will be built on 60-foot homesites.
The company’s European village-style community is located on Hodges Boulevard between J. Turner Butler and Beach boulevards. When complete, Palermo will feature 133 courtyard homes.
