10 points to change violence to peace

The Jacksonville Journey anti-crime initiative took another step forward Friday when Mayor John Peyton hosted Rev. Eugene Rivers and former State Sen. Betty Holzendorf, co-chair of The Jacksonville Journey, at a gathering at the Main Library. Rivers, co-chair of the National Ten Point Leadership Foundation, shared his strategies for bringing the faith-based community together to reduce violence in neighborhoods.
