Today is the first day the IRS allows taxpayers to file their 2007 returns electronically. To make sure everyone got the word, H&R Block sent several people to Hemming Plaza yesterday to distribute literature about National Tax Advice Day, including bright green balloons and discount coupons for income tax preparation.
