Maintenance workers William Oliver and Kevin McKenzie replace one of the three meters on Ocean Street in front of the former Main Library Tuesday morning. The three meters had to be completely replaced. According to an employee with the City’s parking division, the meters and a garbage can were demolished a couple of weeks ago after a driver who suffered a heart attack careened off the road and ran onto the sidewalk.
