Two former executives of LandMar have formed a new company that they say will develop communities throughout the Southeast.
Ed Burr, the LandMar founder and CEO who lost out in a battle for control of the company, will be the president and CEPO of GreenePointe Holdings LLC. He will be joined by fomer LandMar Vice President Roger Postlethwaite and former JEA executive director Walter Bussells on the executive team.
Burr is a past chairman of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce and has been putting together the new company since departing from LandMar late last year. He has been part of numerous developments in North Florida, including all with the “Hampton” name.
