Construction on the Ortega Landing condominiums is moving along. The roof on the first eight-unit building has been poured, and the contractor has made progress on the exterior walls.
The condos are due for completion next summer and the property includes a 192-slip marina.
There will be 38 condos.
The project is on Lakeside Drive on the west side of the Ortega River.
Views are available via a stair system that has been constructed alongside the building.
