Pulte Homes recently scored big at the 2007 Laurel Awards, taking home top honors in the categories of Best Community/Charity Promotion event, Megan Chase as Rookie Sales Person of the Year and Brandy Natalzia as Top Producer of the Year Builder/Developer for the category of Detached – Attached Individual.
“People have always been the focus of Pulte Homes – both customers and employees,” said Brian Paul, Jacksonville division president for Pulte Homes. “We are extremely honored to have been selected for these Laurel Awards, and we’re particularly proud of our employees who won. Without our excellent staff, Pulte would not be the success that it is today.”
Pulte won Best Community/Charity Promotion event for its “Pick an Angel” program that it coordinates with the Salvation Army each year. Pulte raised $30,000 in the 2007 charity golf tournament and donated proceeds to the Salvation Army to purchase toys and gifts for over 350 low-income families during the holidays.
The Rookie Sales Person of the Year Laurel Award went to Megan Chase, who had sales of over $5 million in 2007. Brandy Natalzia, who was awarded an individual prize for Top Producer of the Year for Builder/Developer, had more than $10 million in sales.
In addition to three Laurel Awards, Pulte Homes had twenty employees receive Million Dollar Circle Awards, an honor based on generated sales of new homes. Winners included Brandy Natalzia, Amy Hart, Elaine Britts, Natalie Blanco, Shelly Williford, Tara Jinks, Andrea Bradley, Diana Feijoo, Jeremy Raynor, Kelly Wilson, Marie Guy, Megan Chase, Clare Dandy, Gayle Meehan, Gretchen Langer, Jennifer Nobles, Lindsay Burke, Scott Blinkhorn, Sean Carmody and Sue Frederickson.
