James Cobb (right), a founding partner at Peek, Cobb, Edwards & Ragatz, was one of the Florida Bar’s 50-year honorees recognized at a special luncheon at the annual Florida Bar convention in Boca Raton. He is pictured with H. Russell Troutman, a Winter Park attorney and 1977 Florida Bar president. Troutman was the keynote speaker and was also a 50-year honoree.
