Several local groups including the City partnered Thursday to clean up a section of Tillie K. Fowler Regional Park on Roosevelt Boulevard. In addition to staff from the City’s Recreation and Community Services Department and the Clean It Up, Green It Up program, personnel from the U.S. Navy also participated. Overall, about 100 volunteers cleared a section of the park’s historic brick road and removed debris from the creek.
