Fourth Judicial Circuit Chief Judge Donald Moran administered the oath to more than 50 new attorneys Friday afternoon in Courtroom 4 at the Duval County Courthouse. Witnessed by a room packed with family and friends, they heard Jacksonville Bar Association President Joe Camerlengo encourage them to join the local organization. Attorney Chris Hand explained the value of the Jacksonville Bar’s Mentoring Program, particularly for those joining small firms or those planning a solo practice.
