The developer of Old San Jose on the River will build 34 single-family Villas. The homes have been designed by Mike Stauffer and Jose Miranda of Miranda Architects.
“We envision this neighborhood becoming a part of historic San Jose, much like our neighbor Epping Forest, with a rich blend of single- and multi-family residences,” company founder Jay McGarvey said.
The architecture will reflect the Spanish Mediterranean style homes found throughout the San Jose and San Marco areas of Jacksonville.
Four home designs have been created, each with a private courtyard.
Homes will start in the $700,000s and a model of the Casa Bella design is expected to be under construction soon.
