Area gets 12 Auroras

North Florida businesses brought home 12 Aurora Awards from the recent Southeast Building Conference in Orlando.

The big winner was Rita Williams Merchandising Plus, which captured eight Auroras.

Others went to homebuilders ICI Homes, Daniel, Kemick and Gordon’s Castle.

Merchandising Plus’ winners:

• Two for work at Courtney Trace apartment community in Brandon, Fla. for Contravest.

• A clubhouse at The Club at Pointe West in Vero Beach.

• The Villa Medici Condominium community clubhouse by Crosswinds and Contravest.

• Goodby’s Lake Custom Family Kitchen, Kitchen by First Coast Supply

• The Stetson Model in Quails Ridge at Heritage Landing for Lennar Homes.

• The Charleston Model in Seaton Manor at Aberdeen for Rosewood Homes.

• The Cordova at Augustine Island Condominium Homes for Trident Realty.

ICI Homes won a Grand Aurora for its Castillo model in St. Augustine.

Auroras also went to the Daniel Corp. for its interior of the Indigo model in Jacksonville, to Gordon’s Castle for its Santa Teresa home in St. Augustine and to Kemick Homes for its Majestic 1 in Jacksonville.
